“Shangri-Paw” Awaits This Saturday  

Rancho Santa Fe, CA – A precious few seats remain available for Helen Woodward Animal Center’s 21st annual Spring Fling. “Shangri-Paw…A Stylish Utopia for All Creatures” presented by O’Riordan and Associates will be held this on Saturday, June 6 from 6:30 to Midnight at the Fairbanks Village Plaza in Rancho Santa Fe.  

A fine wine table, opportunities to name puppies, and a chance to meet, “Annie” and her dog, “Sandy” from the upcoming Starlight Theater production of, “Annie” are being offered by Co-Chairs Laurie Mc Crink and Katie Shull with Vice-Chair Elizabeth Davidson. The event will feature food from more than 20 restaurants, hosted bars, and live music by, “Sensation”. 

Guests will have an opportunity for a, “Ride and Drive” in a 2009 Maserati Quattroporte and a 2009 Maserati GranTurismo courtesy of Ferrari & Maserati of San Diego. 

A highlight of the Live Auction will be a trip to New York to ring the opening bell on the New York Stock Exchange on December 24, 2009.   

Bridget Naso and Dan Plante will return as Spring Fling co-hosts. Jack White and former American Idol Chef Mary Trimmins will serve and official food tasters and judges. 

Seating options include:

- “Himalayas” seating at $250 per person.

- “Mt. Everest” seating at $350.00 per person or host a table of ten for $2,925.

- “Taj Mahal” seating at $750.00 per person or $6,750 to host a table of ten.
