Classes
1- Introduction to Animals: A new theme that previews the furry, feathered, and scaled animals that children can meet during our First Friends program.
2-Dogs: What should you do when a dog says hello? Learn how to help your child be safe around dogs, big and small. A fun game reinforces some of the things all animals (including people) need, to be healthy and happy.
3-Horses: Horses can tiptoe, can you? Children will investigate equines bit by bit, groom a pony, and try trotting and galloping like the big guys!
4-Farm Friends: What do goats and sheep do on the farm? Meet some of our most popular animals!
5-Birds: How do birds fly? Examining feathers up close, imitating the different way birds fly, and other special "eggciting" experiences make this a great class to flock to.
6-Bunnies and Guinea Pigs: Can bunnies have straight or lop ears? Do guinea pigs have tails? Discover the answers here!
7- Reptiles: Give your child a chance to explore a smooth snake, a bumpy bearded dragon, and more in an atmosphere of fun and safety.
Cost: $14 per child per class.
Registration is required. To enroll, call the coordinator with your child's name, your name and desired class dates at (858) 756-4117 ext. 318.
