Additional Services

Club Pet is pleased to offer a number of additional services for your pet.  For information on additional fees, please speak with a Club Pet Customer Service Representative.
Choose from among the following services:

New Two Hour Group Play Session!

Now your dog can frolic with his friends for up to two hours a day!  See details below.

Introducing the Club Pet Webcam Suite!

Ever wonder what your dog really does when you’re not there? Now you can find out!

Does he sleep all day?  Play with his toys?  Maybe he chases his own tail or chases nothing at all!  He might howl “Hello” to his new friends, and bark all the latest gossip!  Now you have the opportunity to peek in on him while you’re away.

Our webcam allows you to check on your furry friend from 6am to 6pm, 7 days per week.  Lights go off at night so everyone can sleep!

The live streaming video images can be seen on a variety of handheld devices and browsers, on both PC and Mac formats, and is accessible with a password for the duration of your dog’s stay. Just ask the Customer Service Representative about the Webcam Suite when you are making your next reservation at Club Pet!!

Health Care

Medication     We administer oral and topical products you supply, up to 3 times per day, between the hours of 6am and 4pm.  It is EXTREMELY important that we have clear, written instructions for all medications.  Please allow extra time at check-in, as we always make sure we get this correct, and it can take some extra time if there are multiple medications.
We regret we are unable to administer injections.

We can add food or nutrition supplements you provide to your pet’s meals.

Night Kong   What dog doesn’t like to end the day by curling up with a kong packed with tasty treats, topped of with a little dash of peanut butter?

Frosty Paws
Dog ice cream!  Can you say spoiled?  Well, yes, but sometimes you just have to indulge in a noontime guilty pleasure, even if you’re furry and have four feet!

Room Amenities

Room Rug      How about a cozy warm room rug to nap on?  Older and short haired breeds will especially welcome a nice patch of carpet.

Plush Bed
A nice soft bed to curl up on and snooze – move over, that sounds pretty good to me!

dogsCanine Group Play – Active playtime for the social dog

Dogs are social creatures – and group play gives them a great opportunity to have fun while burning enormous amounts of energy!  Even the youngest, most active canines take a nap after our group play!Choose from the following Group Play Sessions:

             ½ hour,

             1 hour,

             1 ½ hour, or

             2 hour

dogsGroup Play is ALWAYS monitored – at all times - by an experienced Animal Care Technician. We organize our groups into dogs of similar size and temperament for compatibility and safety. Your pet MUST be spayed or neutered to participate in group.
For your pet’s safety, all pets participating in group play must take and pass a temperament test.

Canine Exercise Services – One on One personalized attention for your dog

If your dog craves one on one attention, and cannot or isn’t interested in being around other dogs, our individualized services are just the thing.  We have indoor and outdoor choices – and a few that give your dog a little of both.  All services are 15 minutes!
Choose from:

Outdoor walk Your dog is completely safe within our spacious, grass covered lawn area, with room to patrol and stretch all four legs.
Outdoor field play Off leash fun in one of our enclosed play yards.  Whether fetch is the order of the day, or your pet just needs some roaming and sniffing time, this is a great choice.
Indoor Arena play Our round indoor play area is just the thing for smaller dogs, or dogs that would rather have their fun inside.  Even large dogs find the arena is big enough to run around and have fun.
TLC The best of both worlds!  A leisurely walk outside, followed by some serious cuddling time back in the kennel.  A little brushing, perhaps?  Or how about a nice long belly rub?
Cuddle Time Less active dogs still need lots of love, and Cuddle Time gives them exactly that.  A quick stop outside to potty, then back to the kennel for extended petting, brushing and love.
If you have multiple dogs boarding, we can do Canine Exercise Services individually, or for your whole pack at once!

Canine Senior/ Less Active Services – One-on-one personalized attention

Cuddle Time Less active dogs still need lots of love, and Cuddle Time gives them exactly that.  A quick stop outside to potty, then back to the kennel for extended petting, brushing and love.   Excellent choice for the older dog, or a dog recovery from illness or injury that cannot or should not move around too much.
Senior Service Your older dog may not be able to hold it as long as the younger pups, so this service provides for 5 potty breaks each day.  Senior service dogs have priority first thing in the morning, and are the last to be taken out in the evening.  In between, we throw in a mid morning, noontime and mid afternoon break as well.

Feline Enrichment Services

Kitties need love too!  And although they are great watchers, many of our feline guests have a great time and enjoy the stimulation offered with the following services.  All services are 15 minutes.

Bubble Time Why can’t I ever seem to catch those things?  Here, let me try again!  Great fun for the playful cat.
Cuddle Time Sometimes, a little petting goes a long, long way.  Great therapy, for both the petted – and the one doing the petting!
Feather time Unleash his or her inner hunter!  A great playroom activity, with lots of pouncing and jumping around.  I’ll bet I can move faster than you!
TLC Brushing?  Cuddle?  Brushing?  Cuddle?  Can’t decide?  Let’s do both!
