September 16-October 13, 2009:  Grading

The old grass lawn in front of the small animal hospital is graded to become the new location for Building One.  Building One will house the Center administration offices and the tenant hospital leased by Rancho Santa Fe Veterinary Hospital.  Building One needs to be constructed first, so that the Center can stay in operation throughout the phases.  Admin and adoptions need to move out of their current location so that it can be demolished to make room for the new Adoptions and Club Pet facility Building Two.
