Helen Woodward Animal Center’s Pet of the Week

Helen Woodward Animal Center Pet-of-the-Week for September 29, 2014

Come Cuddle with Kiki!

Meet Kiki, Pet-of-the-Week at Helen Woodward Animal Center! This 6-year old, 20lb male medium-hair blend is a laid-back, no hassle kind of dude. He adores everyone he meets and rewards loving pets with a deep, warm purr. He also has a silly, sweet habit of very gently kneading just about whatever his big fluffy paws are on- he’s just so comfy all the time!

Kiki is waiting to meet you at Helen Woodward Animal Center. He has been altered and is up-to-date on all of his vaccinations. His adoption fee is $106, and, as with all pets adopted from Helen Woodward Animal Center, he is micro chipped for identification. As an added bonus, he also comes with two free passes to Sea World!

Helen Woodward Animal Center is located at 6461 El Apajo Road in Rancho Santa Fe. Kennels are open daily Monday through Thursday from 12pm to 6pm; Fridays from noon to 6pm; Saturdays 10am to 6pm; and Sunday 11am to 6pm (last application accepted 15 minutes before closing). For more information call 858-756-4117, option #1.

About Helen Woodward Animal Center

Helen Woodward Animal Center is a private, non-profit organization where “people help animals and animals help people.” Founded in 1972 in Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., the Center provides services for more than 57,000 people and thousands of animals annually through adoptions, educational and therapeutic programs both on-site and throughout the community. Helen Woodward Animal Center is also the creator of the international Home 4 the Holidays pet adoption drive and the Animal Center Education Services program, teaching the business of saving lives to animal welfare leaders from around the world.

Each week, we feature a great dog or cat looking for a new family... they are called Helen Woodward Animal Center’s “Pet of the Week!” Our animals are transferred to us through a cat rescue or a dog rescue group that needs help, through an overcrowded animal shelter where they simply would have “run out of time,” or even through a surrender by a family or individual. Our Pet of the Week is always a beautiful and wonderful animal looking to be adopted into his or her new family. Visit our online animal adoption center to view all up to date animal adoption opportunities!
